Okay folks.....
I had a firkin issue yesterday! I spiled the cask and the beer was a bit too lively, the pressure release roused the hops particles and it got a little messy. Sadly the result was no firkin yesterday.
So, we've got "Firkin Thursday" this week!!! Muahahah!
Todays firkin cask is American Pale Ale dry-hopped with the Comet hop cultivar.... delicious!
