DAY OF WRECKONING IS NIGH

Wreckoning - Russian Imperial Stout

Our next seasonal hits the taps Wednesday January 15th at 4:00 p.m.
Double whammy; Balticus is coming at ya too. Now that's a day of Wreckoning!

This one screams crème brûlée with roasted malts and dark fruit, quickly settling into an amazing complexity of serious flavour. Layer after layer; toffee, dried fruit, hops, vanilla, dark caramel and chocolate. Her luscious bouquet, vinous mouth-feel, alcoholic warmth and silky legs will leave you callin' for more, no doubt. Finishes with superb tannin balance.

Please enjoy.

Balticus Returns!

That's right!

We've waited for another taste of this one since 2012 when it was last brewed.

Balticus - Smoked Baltic Porter

Our latest seasonal hits the taps Wednesday January 15th at 4:00 p.m.

Mashing with 35% beechwood smoked malt lends a wonderful twist to our otherwise classic Baltic Porter; licorice, roasted malt, raisins, caramel, fruit, smokey phenols, malty richness, and oh-so-smooth.

Enjoy.

Firkin Wednesday!

Howdy folks,

Firkin Saturdays are no more! So yesterday...

Firkin Wednesday here we come! Mark your calendars... every hump-day at 4:00 PM we'll be offering up a 20 L cask (dubbed a 'pin') of unique brew on the bar top.

Poured from a spigot, gravity fed cask ale has lower carbonation and isn't as cold as a typical draught pour from the taps so you can really get a good taste of the beer. Cold numbs the palate, the colder your brew (or food for that matter) the less you'll taste. Now who doesn't want to taste their BEER?!

Drop in on hump-day and give it a hook!
