Thulsa Doom II - DIPA! On tap in 3, 2, 1.........

The one and only THULSA DOOM hits the taps Friday, August 8th @ 5:00 PM.

The mighty Thulsa Doom spawned from the dregs of a tiny little can of another well-known DIPA. That's right.

Some of you may remember Thulsa Doom from last April; local homebrewer and Brewnoser Rob Shortt harvested yeast from a can of deliciously hoppy brew and cultured it up into a 2 L starter. He brought it across the harbour delivering it straight into my hands. I continued the mission, nurturing and feeding the beast until multiplied into a very healthy and concentrated 50 L starter for the main batch of Thulsa. Fast forward through several weeks of dry-hopping and conditioning, now we drink!

And now, here it is again. Bigger. Stronger. Faster.
