Our cask ale for Saturday June 30th at 1:00 PM is.....
Big Water Brown dry-hopped with Cascade (again!). Last week the spigot (cask faucet) became clogged with hop particles making pours very difficult and eventually impossible so I've done nearly the same thing this week with a very important change, I added weights to the bag of hops.
Come on down for a pint of the sweet sweet redemption Brown Ale!

Spruce Tip harvest volunteers! Tomorrow......
A few of us are headed out picking spruce tips after we sample the cask ale at the pub. If any of you are so inclined to help out for an hour or two it will land you a huge thanks, a ton of pride and a couple pints on me! We plan to leave Rockbottom around 1 - 1:30 PM and will be harvesting just outside the city near Dartmouth Crossing.
If interested be at the pub by 1:00 PM Saturday!
