Little Missy - Smoked Black Lager

On tap tomorrow - February 28th we have...

Little Missy

A smoked black lager. A Rauch Schwarzbier.

Medium bodied with soft roasted malt and chocolate notes hinting toward its dark side. Smokey phenols and moderate bitterness lend depth and balance to an otherwise light black brew. Finishes clean and smooooth. Quaffable AND delicious!

Day Of Wreckoning

Our Wreckoning Russian Imperial Stout release is Friday at 11:00 a.m.!

Aged on WOOD - American white oak, fortified with Woodford Reserve Bourbon. She SCREAMS dark fruit, caramel, oak and Bourbon notes then quickly settles into an amazing complexity of tenacious flavours. Layer after layer; hops, dried fruit, vanilla, cherries, dark caramel and chocolate. Her luscious bouquet, soft mouthfeel, smooth texture and silky black legs will surely have you callin' again. She's a lil' bit crazy but makes for a great ride! Finishes with superb tannin balance. The perfect foil to the mid-winter blues!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Hoppelganger - DIPA launches tomorrow, Thursday January 17th 2012 @11:00 a.m.

Our new Double IPA has excellent malt balance with a mind-bending fresh hop presence and aroma of floral, citrus, spice and pine. Mash-hopped, hop-bursted and dry-hopped with Amarillo, Columbus, Citra, Simcoe and Northern Brewer hops. Finishes long with a pleasant, lingering bitterness.

If you LOVE hops, put it in your mouth, folks!

Our Special Old Bitter is brewed with imported English malts and is generously hopped with the Kent Golding cultivar. Malty, biscuity, hoppy, aromatic goodness with a ton of fruit character from the Whitbread yeast strain used. Hoppy deliciousness brewed with restraint. That's right, restraint.
