This Saturday at 2:00 PM on the bar-top we have a Pin cask of Deadwood Wheat infused with fresh ginger root. Mmmm ginger beer. Deliciousness headed for your glass.

Brewnoser BPA - Belgian Pale Ale

On tap Wednesday April 4th we have our new Belgian-style Pale Ale.


Introducing Brewnoser BPA
 

BBPA was brewed with Biscuit, Aromatic, Caramel and Pilsener malts and noble Hallertau hops. Reminiscent of a Weizen up front with spicy phenols dominating finishing crisp and refreshing with light peppery notes from the Belgian T-58 yeast strain used for fermentation.  

This is the first release in a series of collaboration brews with the Brewnosers beer appreciation club; we'll be releasing a new brew in the series once every few months. Credit goes to Robert McGrath (aka MrX) on this one. Thanks Robert!

Updates!

- Returning to the taps tomorrow, Friday Match 30th, is yet another batch of slightly tweaked Fathom IPA. I finally received my stash of Citra and Simcoe hops!

- This Saturday's firkin is Blackened IPA. It is Fathom IPA in all its fresh hoppy glory fortified with Sinamar making for some seriously black goodness. Try a side by side of Fathom and its Doppelganger for a fun and interesting tasting.

- On tap mid next week is our Brewnoser BPA (Belgian Pale Ale), a tasty session beer with a little peppery spice and phenol keeping it interesting.

- Wreckoning RIS is tasting fabulous so get on it!

Our cask ale this weekend is our West Coast style IPA fortified with Disaronno liqueur, it's delicious. Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM.

On the bar at 12 noon this Sat joining the St Pat's Day celebration we have a firkin filled with.....


Deadwood Wheat infused with lemon zest and Thai Basil.

Live entertainment all day starting at noon, no cover.

Ladies and gents,


Saturday @ 2:00 PM we have a Pin of Blackened IPA on the bar until it's gone! This is Fathom IPA infused with enough Sinamar to make it black as coal!
